We offer expertise across all communication mediums and have an outstanding team of PR professionals and former journalists on hand to assist with your company’s media requirements.Offering comprehensive media training and specialised media services, we create solutions to suit clients’ individual needs. Media Elements is an associate agency to Marketing Elements, a fully integrated marketing and public relations agency established in 1995. Marketing Elements is highly regarded and has established expertise working with some of Australia’s best known brands across the corporate, consumer and professional sectors.
Judy Goldman and Cecelia Haddad are public and media relations experts who are leaders in their field. Their specialist knowledge and in-depth understanding delivers results. Both Judy and Cecelia hold a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment. |
Judy and Cecelia bring different insights to the training environment and helping you to perfect your communication skills. Judy brings her broadcast, print and online journalistic experience to provide a perspective on what media need for a story. Cecelia brings her public relations expertise to deliver the client perspective on what makes a story.
Both are owners and directors of independent consultancies, Mediaways and Marketing Elements. The consultancies frequently team up and work jointly on a range of projects to effectively meet client objectives.Judy and Cecelia have worked on several projects, both jointly and independently as part of their own businesses. Judy GoldmanJudy Goldman has spent 25 years working in the mainstream media and corporate communications arena. She is currently the director of Mediaways, a consultancy specialising in corporate communication strategies and skills training for media, issues management and presentations.
Judy is a highly adaptable strategic thinker and a relationship management expert who has worked extensively across multiple and diverse stakeholder groups. She designs and presents tailor-made courses for a range of clients including Sydney University’s Centre for Continuing Education, CSIRO, Insurance Council of Australia, University of NSW, ADAPE, St George Bank, Australian Institute of Sport. Judy has been National Corporate Affairs Manager at ninemsn, Corrs, Chambers and Westgarth, Australia Post and the Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games. Her expertise lies in developing and implementing proactive and reactive communication and media strategies. She was also Chief of Staff for Channel Nine’s ‘A Current Affair’ and has extensive radio experience with ABC Radio, 2GB and 2UE, producing a number of influential broadcasters. Previously Judy worked as a media advisor to several State Cabinet Ministers in Western Australia and was a Fairfax newspaper bureau chief in the Canberra Press Gallery. |
Cecelia HaddadWith 20 years in PR and marketing, Cecelia combined all the great aspects of her in-house and agency experience to create Marketing Elements in 1995. As a stand out professional who has worked with many of the most recognised brands in Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia, her expertise lies in developing a long term vision and strategy for clients with inherent consideration of the bottom line.
A true problem solver, Cecelia turns every challenge into an effective and positive result and inspires the team to deliver projects beyond all client expectations. Cecelia is an advocate for educating young PR professionals and ‘giving back’ to the industry. She regularly designs and delivers courses in public relations and event management for Sydney University’s Centre for Continuing Education program and the Department of State & Regional Development. She has also been involved in a range of mentoring programs with various associations and former government bodies. Cecelia is the former Chair of the Registered Consultancies Group Committee for the Public Relations Institute of Australia, as well as mentoring upcoming PR professionals. Her passion for PR is unmistakable. |
