About Us

Offering comprehensive media training and specialist media services, we create solutions to suit clients’ individual needs.  Media Elements is an associate agency to Marketing Elements – a fully integrated media communications established by founder, Cecelia Haddad in 1995.

Cecelia is a media communications professional with around 30 years of experience in media, public relations and other areas of marketing.  She has worked with some of the most recognisable brands and companies in Australia in wide-ranging industries.

Over the years, the media landscape has changed and with the new challenges it brings, Cecelia has changed her focus shifting from a traditional PR consultancy to a communications training and media management agency.  She regularly designs and delivers courses and workshops in media skills training, crisis communications and planning and media relations and holds a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.

Cecelia regularly conducts media training for individuals and groups, she prepares customised communications plans for companies and has navigated media on behalf of companies and individuals during a time of crisis.

For larger groups or specific client requirements, Cecelia has access to a range of other professionals – journalists and camera operators – which adds additional levels to her training.

Cecelia is an advocate for educating young PR professionals and ‘giving back’ to the industry. She has also been involved in a range of mentoring programs with various associations and former government bodies.
